Coach Lucas has been with APEX School of Movement for over two years. In that time he has skyrocketed from the front desk, to tricking coach, to comp team coach, to Operations Assistant Manager to Programs Manager. He is also the Elder Sage – Elven Chieftain.
Coach Lucas’ favorite class to teach is Competition Team Practice. Duh. And he is great at it. You won’t find anyone more passionate and committed to helping the kiddos on the team grow and learn and kick some butt at local and regional competitions.
He has been training Parkour since Spring of 2010. Parkour has given Coach Lucas patience, potential, and purpose.
Outside of Parkour, Coach Lucas likes using his Meteor Hammer. He likes doing martial arts tricking, and tramp-wall.
Coach Lucas is from Rockville, Missouri.
His favorite book is Kryon, The Lightworker’s Handbook by Lee Carroll.
