Coach James loves teaching the Youth Level 3 class, which he is exceptionally well-qualified to teach, being ParkourEDU certified and being a parkour practitioner for about 4 years now. Coach James is an integral part of APEX San Diego. We are glad to have him now for almost two years. He is flexible and has a great approach with all our athletes. Part of the reason Coach James is so dedicated to Parkour is because it provides him with a sense of freedom, confidence and patience.
On rare occasion, when Coach James is not doing Parkour, he is out rock climbing, playing guitar or snowboarding. He is originally from Boston, Massachusetts. Coach James’ favorite color is green. His spirit animal is the cat. His favorite food are chicken tenders.
